How does commission payout work?
Featured Pro members can earn 25% commission on funded deals tracked through the portal. Pending and paid amounts are visible in the commission dashboard.

Does Co-Brand include onboarding help?

What happens to my existing referrals and commissions if I upgrade?
Nothing changes. All your existing referrals, commission history, and override relationships remain intact and continue earning at the new higher rates.
Do I need to choose between directory visibility and Co-Brand?
No. You can have both. Featured Pro, Co-Brand Partner, and Co-Brand Elite users all maintain full public directory visibility.
How are payouts processed and when do I get paid?
Payouts are processed via Stripe or direct deposit (ACH) once your balance reaches $50. Payments are issued on the 15th of the following month.
Are commissions and overrides taxable?
Yes. All earnings are considered taxable income. FinTechful will issue a 1099-NEC form for US users who earn $600 or more in a calendar year.
What is the difference between Co-Brand Partner and Co-Brand Elite?
Co-Brand Elite gives you 50% higher earnings across the board (60% vs 40% on Funding Portal Commissions, 15% vs 10% on subscriptions, 30% vs 20% on setup fees, and 7.5% vs 5% on level-2 overrides) plus additional perks.
Can I cancel my Co-Brand subscription at any time?
Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (setup fees are one-time and non-refundable).
Do grandfathered users keep their higher rates forever?
Yes. Users who purchase Co-Brand Partner or Co-Brand Elite during the initial launch window are permanently grandfathered with the highest commission rates and milestone bonuses.
